Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Part-Time
Silver Spring, MD
Currently hiring for Part-Time BCBAs in the Silver Spring and greater Maryland area. We offer competitive hourly pay based on education and experience.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field
  • Located within the Silver Spring, MD area
  • Willing to travel to patients’ homes for one-on-one sessions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and provide progress reports periodically
  • Monitor the child’s behaviors and environment and formulate behavior care plans
  • Supervise, train and provide direction for ABA Therapists
  • Develop procedures for behavior interventions while providing support to families
  • Perform functional assessments and analysis of behavioral challenges
  • Measure program success, provide recommendations, and monitor data collection

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Part-Time
Silver Spring, MD
Currently hiring for Part-Time RBTs in the Silver Spring and greater Maryland area. We offer competitive hourly pay based on education and experience.

Requirements

  • RBT certification (or willing to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Located within the Silver Spring, MD area
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients’ homes

Responsibilities

  • Work with assigned BCBA to apply ABA principles and teaching methods
  • Be punctual and prepared for all session appointments
  • Work one-on-one with children in their homes providing ABA therapy
  • Observe and collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Provide support, guidance and feedback to families and caregivers
  • Work towards goals identified in the child’s behavioral care plan
